Welcome to The Fur Club ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
Dog Walking
Drop-In Visits
In-Home Pet Sitting (Daytime only; no overnight care)
Dog Training (In-person and online)
Each service is subject to availability and suitability based on your pet's needs and behaviour.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by us.
Payment is due in full prior to the scheduled service date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received before the day of service, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and services will not be provided. Exceptions may be made at our discretion with prior written agreement.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Google/Apple Pay.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Dog Walking / Drop-In Visits / Pet Sitting:
Cancellations made:
More than 24 hours in advance: No charge
Less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund provided.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in declined future bookings
Dog Training Sessions:
Cancellations made:
More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or free rescheduling.
24–48 hours in advance: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours or no-shows: Full session fee is non-refundable.
Pre-paid training packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 60 days of purchase.
We do not provide refunds for unused sessions in multi-session packages unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If we are unable to provide a scheduled service for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit.

4. Pet Health & Behaviour
Clients must provide accurate information about their pet’s health, behaviour, and special needs.
Pets must be in good health and free from contagious conditions.
All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations (including kennel cough) and flea/tick treatments.
Any behavioural issues or special medical needs must be disclosed prior to booking.
Aggressive or uncontrollable animals may result in refusal or termination of services.
We reserve the right to walk dogs on-lead only, unless off-lead consent is given in writing and it's safe to do so.
Clients must ensure that their pet is properly secured (e.g., collar, leash, harness) before the service starts.
Female dogs may not attend any walks whilst in season or pregnant. We will not be held responsible for a female dog becoming pregnant while in our care.
The client acknowledges and accepts that The Fur Club provides a group play environment where dogs interact and socialise with one another. While all play sessions are closely supervised and monitored, the client understands that minor injuries may occur as a result of normal canine play. By using our services, the client agrees that we will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by their dog while under our care, provided that reasonable care and supervision have been exercised.
5. Emergency Care
In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact you immediately.
If urgent veterinary care is needed and you are unreachable, we will act in your pet’s best interest.
You are responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.
Clients must provide emergency contact information.
6. Liability
We are fully insured and DBS-checked for the services provided.
While every effort is made to provide safe, loving care, we cannot be held liable for injuries, illness, loss, or death caused due to pre-existing conditions or unpredictable pet behaviour.
We are not liable for damage to property or belongings due to pets’ behaviour during the service.
Clients assume responsibility for damages caused by their pet to property, people, or other animals.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
7. Access to Your Home (Pet Sitting/Drop-Ins)
You agree to provide safe and secure access to your home.
All keys, entry codes, or alarm instructions must be clearly provided.
Keys will be returned upon request or securely stored for future bookings.
8. Trackers Or Tracking Devices
Tracking devices are designed for pet ownership only, they're not designed to be used whilst in the care of a professional dog walker. Trackers collect data on the exact location of the wearer, this includes collecting data on every customer address your dog walker attends to pick up and drop off a dog, for walks or daycare. This breaks government data protection and GDPR. Any tracking device will be removed and if the dog is a flight risk, it will be kept secure on a lead. Our customers' privacy including their address information is our first priority.
9. Training Services
Training results vary depending on the dog, environment, and consistency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Owners must follow recommended training practices between sessions for best results.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, particularly if a pet poses a danger.
Clients may terminate ongoing or recurring services (e.g., regular dog walking/pet sitting or weekly training) with at least 7 days’ written notice. This allows us to adjust our scheduling and accommodate other clients.
Please note: Termination of ongoing services requires 7 days’ written notice. Cancellation of individual services or sessions is subject to our Cancellation Policy outlined above.
11. Photos & Media
We may take photos or videos of your pet for updates or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your pet’s image used, please let us know in writing.
12. Privacy
All personal information provided to us is kept confidential and used solely to provide our services. We do not share your details with third parties without consent.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
14. Agreement
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
