Cancellation Policy & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both clients and our schedule, please review our cancellation and refund terms below.
Dog Walking, Drop-In Visits & Pet Sitting (Daytime Only)
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund provided.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in declined future bookings.
Dog Training (In-Person or Online)
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Full session fee is non-refundable.
Pre-paid packages: Non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 60 days of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If services are cancelled by us due to weather, emergencies, or illness, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
We do not provide refunds for unused sessions in multi-session packages unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Weather & Emergency Cancellations
Services may be rescheduled or adjusted in extreme weather for safety.
In cases of emergency (yours or ours), we will communicate promptly and reschedule or refund as appropriate.
